The Vado S has redefined two-wheel mobility, turning your supermarket trips into real missions for shopping. To meet the needs of those using bikes for city commuting, the new Vado S can reach speeds of 45 km/h. And it can do this with the same control, confidence, and comfort as other Vado models.

What sets the Vado S apart is its Specialized 2.2 motor, custom-tuned to help you reach that dizzying speed. It also comes with improvements to the cockpit: a 1000-lumen light, a bell button, a mirror, and a license plate holder. Below, the tires are specially designed for its category.

The heart of the Vado S is its Turbo technology, an advanced, integrated system for electric bikes that provides an unmatched combination of power, natural feel, anti-theft features, training tips, and a fully-featured onboard computer.

It's still you, but faster. Specifically, four times faster. The Turbo Full Power System senses the force you apply to the pedals and multiplies your effort by four, so you can tackle hills without breaking a sweat.

*COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT*

Both the body position and handling are optimized to provide you with all the comfort, confidence, and control you need. Hydraulic disc brakes help you master speed, and the larger tires provide greater traction for turning and braking.

*SMOOTH*

We have developed a custom testing mechanism to analyze even the smallest bumps, improving comfort and visibility. This precision, along with the suspension seatpost, larger volume tires, and 80mm travel fork, makes the road feel smoother than silk.

*SAFE*

The Vado S features an integrated anti-theft lock. You just press a button to turn off the motor and prevent theft. There are only two ways to turn it back on: your phone must be connected to the Specialized app, or you need to enter your personal PIN. Regarding the battery, you can either lock it to the bike or remove it and take it with you. If anyone tries to move the bike, an alarm will sound. 100% theft-proof!

• The Vado S features our Turbo Full Power 2.2 motor that reaches 45 km/h (L1E) and a 710 Wh battery.

• The MasterMind display shows you all the information you need about your bike. With it, you can adjust the assistance level in real time, optimize range, personalize your experience with advanced settings, view diagnostics, and access many other features.

• Turbo System Lock: Use the Specialized app to turn off your bike’s motor and activate the motion sensor alarm. When the motor is locked, only the owner can turn it back on.

• The battery is integrated into the downtube and can be removed and locked. It’s easy to charge and mount onto the bike.

• It’s equipped with DRYTECH fenders, front and rear LED lights, and an HD rear rack with a 27 kg capacity. The rack can accommodate child seats and rear axle trailers.

• It comes with an integrated Garmin radar that detects when a vehicle is approaching from behind, up to 140 meters away. It warns you of the relative distance and speed of approaching vehicles via visual, audible, and haptic alerts.

• The Enviolo AUTOMATiQ Internal Gear Hub (IGH) automatically adjusts the gears based on your pedaling cadence and environmental conditions.

• With the large battery range, you can travel up to 100 km or ride for 4.5 hours on a single charge (in Eco mode).

• Compatible with the Turbo Basket (MIK adapter required) so you can carry everything you need.
